TERMS AND CONDITIONS - Navenby Stoves

• Please do not use your heating appliance for 12 hours before the sweep is due. If the device is still hot/warm and we are unable to complete the sweep, a charge of £35 will be applied to cover costs.

• Please provide 24-hours cancellation notice where possible. Failure to notify of a cancellation or not being present at the property at the time of your scheduled appointment will result in a £35 fee.

• On inspection of your heating appliance, if it is found to be non-compliant and the sweep cannot be carried out, a £35 fee will be charged for the visit. However, we will advise you on a course of action.

• Payment is required on completion of the sweep. Methods of payment include Contactless, BACS payment or cash. If making payment by BACS, please complete within 24 hours. • A certification of completion will be issued upon payment. Please note we do not accept cheques. In accepting the quotation, you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions.
